New Life!

Happy Wednesday!

Spring is in full blast. I hope each one of you had a wonderful Easter weekend along with your family and friends.

In this week’s blog I'm sharing with you a little bit about how neurologically based Chiropractic care helped me have a healthy pregnancy and birth-- something I am so grateful for! There is also a health tip for you as well as some awesome community events you and your family can participate in.

We also want to help you share your chiropractic testimonial, in written and/or video form. You never know who needs the hope your story will bring them! How will you share true health today? Your story can change lives!

With love,
Dr. Jen

GRAINS: GOOD OR BAD FOR US?

Grains and beans contain a substance called phytic acid which interferes with the absorption of nutrients. Fortunately phytic acid can be broken down by soaking, sprouting, or fermenting grains and beans before cooking them.
